Julie has spent the past 11 years in the Toronto SaaS startup scene and is now helping other companies maximize their revenue and growth potential. Being an early Customer Success Manager at Eloqua she helped pioneer the Customer Success field. Since then she has held leadership positions in Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and Sales always with a strong focus on driving and retaining revenue. Julie spent the past five years at Influitive starting as employee 7 growing to 150 employees, and taking the company from $0-$10M ARR. She now helps other SaaS companies by working with Customer Success, Account Management and Sales teams developing processes for revenue retention and expansion.
