Amity has added some great new capabilities to its Customer Success Management solution. You can now set up rules to automatically send emails to your customers. Also, we’ve made it easier to manage accounts, find and add people, and designate key contacts.
New! Automatically engage your customers
Now Amity lets you send an email to account contacts when a rule is triggered.
Example: If an insight is added to an account indicating that the customer’s subscription is expiring shortly, an email can automatically be sent to the customer introducing them to the renewal process and letting them know you’ll be in touch.
You can personalize your message with placeholders. When the email is sent, Amity will automatically substitute the appropriate text in each placeholder.
Every email that is sent by Amity will automatically be recorded as an engagement.
New! Designate Key Contacts and Search
To give you more control over who receives automated emails, you can designate certain people as key account contacts.
In the account profile, you can click on the star icon beside the person’s name to indicate they are a key contact.
Improved! Finding and Adding New People
We’ve streamlined the process for adding new people into Amity. Same-page multiple entries allow you to check for existing contacts, add new ones, and associate new contacts with an account.
Also, you can now search for a person by name or email. Just type in the search box to quickly find the person you are looking for.
