This week’s feature spotlight focuses on Notifications.
As an administrator you can customize everything in Amity to align you customer success processes with your corporate priorities. It’s important that alerts and notifications are built into your process so that your customer success team is provided with the necessary know-how to reach the desired outcomes for the customer and your business.
To enable Notifications, an administrator needs to click on the Settings icon and click the Notifications item in the sidebar. From there they can choose to notify a user when an account, journey or task has been assigned to them.

The previous feature spotlight focused on Views. Views are a universal feature available throughout Amity to provide a quick and easy means of organizing information into lists based on criteria you specify. Creating, editing and deleting your own views are a snap with the view designer conveniently located in the Radar, Portfolio, Plan, and Lifecycle apps. Views can be kept private or shared with all users.
